It is therefore important that we maintain brand consistency when relaunching specific areas of the store throughout the membership. The first area of focus within the membership was the re-build the landing page that not only immerses customers in the core brand messaging, but also offer a shopping experience where by customers can see and buy products with just 2 clicks. Alongside an optimised shopping experienced, we integrated animated reviews and scroll based animation to maximise on-page engagement.

KPI focus & performance
With a key focus on improving average-order-value, we worked with Candy Kittens to integrate a cart that would appear as an overlay over the page from when a customer presses "add to cart". This not only allows the customers to continue shopping if they wish or alternatively head straight to the checkout. We used this step in the customers journey to promote product upsells, discounted add-ons or "frequently bought together".

Seasonal Pages - Christmas and Black Friday
With Q4 being such a busy time of year with Black Friday, Cyber Monday and the Christmas holidays, Candy Kittens wanted to be prepared early to ensure that they could maximise engagement during the seasonal periods. To get customers in the Christmas spirit, Charle designed the bespoke Shopify theme design with advanced scrolling animations and falling snowflakes which helped give the website a unique and interactive feel. We also helped launch Candy Kitten's new seasonal product range of stocking filler bundles and a 3D advent calende by supporting the integration of new website navigation, driving engagement and maximising conversion for the product and collection pages.
Similarly, to be prepared for the Black Friday and Cyber Monday frenzy, Charle were tasked with creating a landing page made specifically for the frenzied ecommerce weekend, showcasing Candy Kitten's range of limited-time Black Friday bundles. Since cyber weekend usually brings in an unprecedented amount of traffic volume in a short period of time, we made sure that the best Shopify development technology and practices were implemented when building these web pages to allow faster and more reliable loading times for customers browsing the website.
