Creating an experience that allows customers to find cosmetic products suitable for them, can be one of the biggest challenges within the beauty industry. We've delivered an intelligent & personalised on-site quiz that captures specific information about the customer to provide a tailored skincare routine based on their answers. The quiz asks questions such as age, skin concern and the desired number of steps to product its results, whilst capturing customer information to continue email marketing campaigns and maximise customer lifetime value.
